The Centre is an inflatable massage ball and comes with a hand pump. Since it is inflatable, it is our most customizable tool for your preferred density. We recommend inflating it to about 6 to 7 inches in diameter, depending on your preference and use.

IF INFLATED TO 15cm
The less you inflate the Centre, the softer it will be. 15cm is about as “flat” as we recommend you use it. We recommend about 6 inches for someone who is highly sensitive from muscle pain or tightness.

IF INFLATED TO 18cm
If you inflate to 18cm, it will offer more support and feel firmer. This is ideal for most people. so we recommend trying that and letting air out if needed.
