Gabriella, founder and creative director of beyondyoga.ch (only Swiss based yoga brand). Gabriella has more than 40 years of experience in various types of physical activity, including more than 20 years of experience as a yoga teacher. Gabriella gives lectures on various topics such as yoga, coaching, how to stay injury-free and how to optimize your sport, your activity, your life, including her Ayurvedic know-how regarding nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
With RAD she found the perfect tools for her passion in Myofascial release techniques, what she likes to combine with Yoga but as well incorporate in her Private Coachings.

Ruedi has been active as an engineer and natural scientist for many years and in countless destinations and professional challenges. With extensive experience in running, biking, skiing, hiking, etc., he uses movement to enrich and relax his professional and private life in an innovative and meditative way.
